Hi my name is Tiffany Harbrecht and I am a copy writer/marketing coordinator at Discount School Supply. One of the many hats that I wear in my job is to manage the activity submissions for the Free Activities page on the Discount School Supply Web site. I am delighted to receive and review each of the innovative activities shared with us by our customers. And, in conjunction with our Educational Consultant, John Funk, brand and web marketing and web development team members, I prepare the submissions to be featured live on our site. There are many small parts that each play a distinct and important role in this biweekly process, and it's always a joy to watch it all come together cooperatively and seamlessly.
One of my favorite seasonal activities that we received this year is a recent craft, Tube Sock Snowmen. It is quick and easy, eco-friendly, and FUN! The beauty of this activity is its simplicity and how easy it is to find materials that can be repurposed from home to make this adorable craft. The snowmen are also ideal for a rainy/snowy day when the kids are cooped up inside!
